In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. By completing the u444 registration process, logging into your account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the u444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and the Operator. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2.3 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the u444 platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2.4 It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The Operator will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via email to the registered account address, but is not obligated to do so for minor amendments.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use a u444 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You are accessing u444 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the u444 platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of the Operator.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active u444 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

3.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.4 The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

3.5 KYC verification via a valid Pakistani CNIC is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. The Operator may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing deposits in certain circumstances.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u444 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 All activity conducted through your u444 account — including all wagers placed and financial transactions initiated — is deemed to have been performed by you and will be binding on you, unless you have notified the Operator of unauthorised access in writing within 24 hours of becoming aware of such access.

4.3 You must notify the u444 support team immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Operator may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details — particularly your Pakistani mobile number and email address — remain accurate and current. The Operator accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

4.5 Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Operator will notify you via your registered email before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance.

5.1 All financial transactions on u444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are published in the payment section of the u444 platform at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your u444 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours.

5.4 Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within two (2) business hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals requested outside of Pakistani banking hours may be processed on the next applicable business day for bank transfer methods.

5.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified u444 account identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.6 The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that is deemed unusual in size or frequency, or where there is a compliance obligation to do so.

5.7 You must not attempt to deposit funds via payment methods that do not belong to you, or that you do not have authorised access to. Any deposits identified as originating from unauthorised payment accounts will be reversed, and the associated u444 account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 u444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

6.2 Bonus funds credited to your account may not be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to withdrawable real money by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

6.3 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on games not listed as eligible may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.4 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to player accounts will remain subject to the wagering requirements in effect at the time of the original credit.

6.5 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated bonus exploitation, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses without genuine play — constitutes prohibited conduct. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where bonus abuse is identified.

6.6 Players who have opted to use the u444 responsible gaming self-exclusion tool, or who are subject to a self-exclusion period, are not eligible to claim or receive any promotional bonuses during that period.

7.1 All casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets on u444 are subject to specific game rules that are accessible within each game or betting market. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 All casino games on u444 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested by independent third-party laboratories. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement — including server errors, disconnection events, or software faults — the Operator reserves the right to void any wager affected by the malfunction. The Operator will endeavour to restore player account balances to the state that existed immediately before the malfunction occurred.

7.4 For sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is), football, UFC, and other events: the Operator reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the result is subject to official revision, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where a result cannot be confirmed from official sources.

7.5 All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a placed bet except where a specific in-play betting product permits cash-out, in which case the cash-out terms of that product apply.

8.1 u444 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players may access at any time from their account settings panel or by contacting the u444 support team via live chat:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which play is paused until the next period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed playing time and total wagers placed during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the u444 platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent). Self-exclusion applies across all products — casino, sportsbook, and slots.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately by the u444 support team and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Any request to shorten a self-exclusion period will not be honoured until the original period has elapsed.

8.3 u444 will not send promotional marketing communications to any player who has an active self-exclusion in place. Players in self-exclusion will not receive any bonus offers, promotional emails, or re-engagement communications during the exclusion period.

8.4 The Operator may, in its sole discretion, impose account restrictions or initiate contact with a player where it has reasonable cause to believe that the player's gambling behaviour may indicate a problem, including patterns of very frequent play, large and escalating wagers, or other indicators consistent with problem gambling.

8.5 All players who require additional support are encouraged to contact the u444 support team directly. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms and Conditions;
• Creating more than one (1) account, whether in your own name or under any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any point;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with u444 games or betting markets;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical vulnerability in u444 games or systems for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the u444 platform;
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets in collusion with any individual with material non-public information about a sporting event;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit u444 platform data, odds, or game content;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing any third party to access or operate your account;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith to recover funds from legitimate wagers.

9.2 Where prohibited conduct results in financial gain by the Player, the Operator reserves the right to recover those amounts from the player's account balance or through legal proceedings as appropriate.

10.1 All content on the u444 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, icons, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of the Operator or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the u444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any u444 content.

10.3 The u444 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Operator. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written consent of the Operator.

11.1 The u444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events; any delay in processing transactions; actions taken by payment service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank; or any decisions or outcomes arising from wagers placed on the platform.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.4 Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that all wagers may result in the loss of the staked amount and that the Operator bears no responsibility for any losses incurred through lawful gaming activity on the u444 platform.

12.1 You may close your u444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified PKR balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of KYC and any outstanding compliance checks.

12.2 The Operator may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or a regulatory requirement to do so.

12.3 Upon closure for breach, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation, and to forfeit balances where the breach involves prohibited financial conduct.

13.1 The Operator may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — the Operator will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice via your registered email address before the amendments take effect.

13.2 If you do not accept any amended Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the u444 platform and request account closure before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and the Operator, you are encouraged to contact the u444 support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support engagement, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under the Operator's gaming licence terms.

14.3 The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of any courts or tribunals that are not specified in its gaming licence jurisdiction without prior written agreement.
